In the last year, we have used CRF Roofing three different times pertaining to 3 different problems. In each occasion, they quoted what the job would run, showed up on time and very knowledgable with all materials needed to do the job. On our last experience with Jessie, not only did he subtract material not used but discounted the labor,too without our knowledge. . .They are trustworthy, dependable and always respectful. It's rare today to find those combinations. . .we would highly recommend Jessie and his family for any and all roofing needs.

I contacted CRF roofing based on a word of mouth recommendation. I also contacted several others for quotes, etc. On several companies I received no call back. On a few there was no follow up after messages were left my me. And on others their prices were literally through the roof.

This was not the case with CFS Roofing. I originally spoke with the owner on what I was needing and wanting to do. They walked me through the process of filing a claim with insurance, etc.

Once the claim was filed and a the adjuster issued me the original check I spoke to the son, Charles, and he was able to work the the inspector to get me another $1600 toward my claim. Once I receive the new write up from the inspector I consulted Charles again to tell him to proceed with the roof. He said I was leaving money on the table and that insurance should be paying more. He offered and I asked him to talk directly with the insurance adjuster. After they spoke and did an 'apples to apples' comparison what was needed and what the adjuster approved, I received another adjustment from the insurance company. This time $2600. Charles was able to get me $4k more from the insurance company then they originally authorized for me.

Once I gave the go-ahead to proceed with the roof, they had the house on the schedule. The house was done in under a week from the go-ahead. I got updates through out the process and they were able to fix some unseen rotted facia for a minimal amount.

I am very happy with the overall process and especially happy to have an extra 4K in my account that I would have had to pay out of pocket otherwise.

Charles and his team did a great job replacing the roof on our home and workshop. They worked a full 12 hour day to get the job done - in spite of the 102 degree weather we had that day. We're very pleased with how it all looks and with the clean up around our home - no nails left in the grass or driveway here! We'll use them again for sure.

Had major leaks inside, needed repairs done, and quickly. I prefer to hire "locally" owned companies. CRF replied the fastest, came out to the house the fastest and was able to do the work..on a Sunday even. Not a "big job" but water leaking inside is no good. Called "other local" people who didn't think my "small repair job" was "worth" their time or effort. But Jesse @ CRF did think so! So a big thank to them!! Will hire again!!

Work was excellent. Only issue was with follow up in submitting claim to insurer.

Charles is a pro! He was the lowest bidder for our roofing job and he and his team did an outstanding job. His professionalism, knowledge and expertise was refreshing. The day they replaced our roof they showed up on time and stayed at it until they were done that afternoon. Charles went the extra mile (he did more than we expected) to be sure we were happy with the job! My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! They are a nice professional family business. They gave me a reasonable quote and in fact told me that my roof had enough damage to file my insurance claim for a complete new roof. I sent them my insurance claim info and they had a crew ready to work at 7 am the next morning.

Mr. Franks was very professional and courteous throughout the time he was at my home. He provided information for the repair and thoroughly checked my roof to see if there was any further damage. Also, he showed up on a Saturday and the price for the repair work great. I would recommend hands down.

Out of 3 bids, Charles came in best. He was bidding against one company that is always advertising, and another not so much. The high bid was 20 percent higher than Charles. When finished, They had done a few extra common sense things that they did not charge for. Clean up was great. They finished this 1800 sq foot roof in one day of 100 plus degree temps as promised.

Real nice people. Easy to work with, honest, professional and extremely helpful. It's refreshing to work with a contractor who will do what he says he will do, completes the work as scheduled and within budget. This is rare these days. I recommend these folks to everyone.

I went to home advisor looking for a roofer to replace my roof. I was looking for roofers to give me an estimate of what it might cost; within minutes I got a call from Charles Frank{ CRF roofing }. It was Saturday evening late and he was calling from about 24 miles away;said he would be right over.Gave me an estimate of what it would cost and what he could for me ; assured me that the job would be done right and that his work would be guaranteed if any leaks for 5 years. CRF roofing is an insured company and I am glad I choose them for the job. They did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone. Charles Frank and his crew knock the roofing job out in a day and a half; taking old shingles off down to the deck and on with the new. He has a great group of guys that work hard on the job to get things done and do it right. Did a great clean up job too;I just can`t say enough about how good everything went and how pleased I am! Thank you guys so much for your hard work and efforts. The material and price was very reasonable. I do not think anyone could find a better roofing company for the money and quality of work they did.

They were very easy to do business with. Had no concerns what so ever. Start to finish everything was done very professionally. The only thing I'd recommend is to "see" samples of the shingles to pick from before getting the job done.

Charles Franks and his crew did an outstanding job. He called me back and came out to look at my wind damage on the same day I contacted him. He explained everything and was very fair and reasonable. I took many quotes / did alot of research before hiring CRF and their pricing was much better than all others. Charles paid close attention to the details on the materials that I wanted and provided a high quality project. All of his crew were craftsmen / not just basic installers and the end result proved that they cared about their work and not just a paycheck. Charles was onsite supervising the installation from start to finish and actually did some work that was not originally included in the quote without mentioning or asking for additional money. They were ontime / completed the entire project in one day / no inconvenience or interruptions to us / and the clean-up was so great that you couldn't even tell they were there with the exception of the beautiful new roof. I highly recommend Charles and CRF for ANY type roofing project...they are the best of the best and very professional.

I have had a problem with my roof leaking for sometime. I had a handyman come out and look but he could never find the leak. I finally decided to hire a roofer. After reading the reviews for CRF Roofing I request a quote. Mr. Franks called me back with in 5 minutes and schedule a time to come onsite. Mr. Franks is so personable and knowledgeable. I had a great experience and my roof has been repaired. I will continue to use and refer my friends and family to this company.

Mr. Franks is very personable and efficient. He came after insurance adjuster was here and confirmed what the adjuster had stated. There was a minor problem and he repaired it immediately. If I ever have another roof problem, Mr Franks will be the person I call.

13 men plus the owner showed up ON TIME for this job. They worked from 8 AM until 9:30 PM. They took one break for lunch from which I never found the slightest shred of evidence to clean up. In the entire time they were here, NOT ONE cigarette was smoked. The job was well-supervised, well-done, and we were EXTREMELY happy. Charles was more than happy to make any change we requested; however, I can remember only one my husband requested. He was very thorough with the paperwork required for our insurance company. We highly recommend this company!

Three places on my bedroom ceiling continued to get wet with every rain we had this year. My insurance company said I needed a new roof so I started researching roofers to get bids. The first to respond was Jesse with CRF. He examined my roof thoroughly and even before giving me the bid, he found and fixed the problems at the three locations causing damage -- at no charge. Needless to say, I went no further in getting bids. I had a strong feeling that Jesse was very honest and he would do a great job. And the best part is, I was right! My roof is beautiful, and a friend who knows much more about roofing than I do, was very impressed with the quality of the work done. It was all accomplished within one day, and true to his word that CRF was not satisfied with less than perfection, Jesse stayed after all the work was complete to inspect every inch of the roof and double sweep (magnets) around the house for loose nails. I could not be more pleased and would proactively recommend CRF Roofing. They also do a wonderful job of dealing with your insurance company. I told Jesse I would write a review, but not until after a major storm, so I would know for a fact that there were no problems with the roof. That storm has come and gone and no leaks whatsoever.
