We are looking for full time Outside Sales applicants that can start immediately. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting presentations for residential roofing, and providing accurate measures and prices for our products. Skilled salespeople have the opportunity to obtain flexible hours and lucrative income.

Outside Sales Consultants are responsible for:

• Generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and providing accurate roof prices as well as measurements.
• Educating customers on roofing construction, providing roof inspections, and helping with the insurance claims process.
• Completing paperwork in a timely manner and staying up-to-date with product and market knowledge.
• Attending and participating in semi-weekly meetings, training sessions, as well as quarterly territory and branch

meetings.

Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation

• 1 year of sales experience with proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of the Roofing Industry
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs., climb ladders, and record accurate measurements
• Self -motivated with ability to lead
• Excellent communication and listening skills as well as a positive attitude and ability to explain complex information in a concise manner
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management, organization, and computer skills
• Flexible with schedule, quick learner, and professional
• Ability to work in a mobile environment while managing your own daily schedule
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Additional Qualifications
• Experience working with Insurance adjusters and/or Xactimate (Not Required)

Environmental Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications

• Access to a computer and fax machine

• Detail oriented in order to accurately complete required contracts with customers

• Persuasive written and verbal communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
